-When eating drink water between every bit, it's filling and it helps your food come up easier.
-For some people OJ when sipped during a purge helps things come up easier.
-Avoid ruffage like lettice, carrots, sprouts, tomatoes etc.. Veggies are hard to get back up, also avoid anything spicy, the acid HURTS.
-Things like cream, jello, sponge cakes and liquid soups are easier to purge
-DO NOT use ipecac!!! It is to be used under MEDICAL SUPERVISION ONLY! Yes, it causes the stomach to convulse and the person to vomit BUT it weakens and even stops the heart. It can be FATAL for first time users, or any users at all!

Foods To AVOID Purging:
-Cereal, expecailly ones with crunchy or scratchy peices like Mini-Weats or anything with slivers of flakes, yes this elminates most cereals but Cherios, Kitx or other ound cereals are ok as long as you let then suck up enought milk
-Anything ''noodly', like noodles or spaghetti, for some reason this always comes back up i it's origional long stringy form... imagine part of it is in your mouth but the other end is still in your stomach... yes it's as gross as it sounds
-Meat which you shouldn't be eating anyway
-Crisps, pretzels, nuts, think crunchy = scratchy, these can seriously damage your esophagus
-Be careful with anything red in color, if you've eaten a dumper truck of tomato soup and then begin throwing up blood you might assume the blood is soup and not realise you need to RUN to the hospital (purging blood can be a sign of internal bleeding and you could be dead in hours)
-Bread. Unless you drink ridiculous amounts of water with it it's almost impossible to get back up
-Coffee, expecailly BLACK! Hurts liek hell and tastes terrible! If you absolutly need to purge and you know coffee is in your stomach drink some milk first to try and neutralise it.

-Jell-o
